There doesn't appear to be any way to get rid of the pop up tips window except to scroll through all of the tips. You need to add a close button to the top right of the window.

Don't add the extra shortcut that takes users to Ashampoo deals. I'm sure the user would visit ashampoos website if they were interested in checking out the deals.

Remove the autorun feature from the installation wizard or at least give the user the option to uncheck it. Those with low RAM may find their computer slowing down with too many start up programs.

Include an option for multi monitor captures, i.e be able to capture all monitors in one capture or separate so that each full capture captures each individual screen.

Enable users to drag the retractable green toolbar to any side of their monitor and enable those with multi monitors to select which monitor to have the toolbar based.

The green retractable toolbar should be reduced in size. The icons are rather large. If these were reduced in size you could halve the size of the retractable tool bar. as it stands it feels rather invasive.

Add links to video tutorials in the help section. The program has a lot of tools and there's a lot of configurable options as well. This may be rather confusing to new users as the program isn't very intuative.

Give us the latest version. I think that was you who was last time giving an old version, maybe not. Still, give the latest version to get most accurate ideas for improvement....else we have other tools.

Configure Snap 5 not to include shadows in the capture when first using the program, rather than have the user have to configure it.

Users can always include this once installed via the configuration window.

Combine Snap 5 and the Snap 5 premium edition together. Why have two versions?

Have Snap be able to record desktop video out of the box. I tried to record my desktop and a few programs, and all it ever played back was a black video.

Correct issue with "enter key" no longer works when Snap 5 is active.

When using Outlook - unable to use the enter key to type. Need to correct the issue. After I closed Snap 5 in Task Master, I was able to use the enter key again.

On your website under 'My license keys' you should make each product name listed be a link to that products page. With descriptions, help n user manuals n available updates n upgrades.

Icons and related prompts must be more visible in order to reach a decent level of accessibility. Poor icon design, with white drawings on a black backgound and small sized text (white on a black backgound, too) make it rather impossible to choose op
